The Design Story
We all had to figure out ways to cope through 2020 and a ritual that had a profound effect on me was maintaining fresh flowers in my Brooklyn apartment. Inspired by the Anemone flower, which depending on cultural origin can symbolize the arrival of Spring or protection against evil, I wanted to evoke the hope of the new year through this simple, free-form floral design.
